Celebrated Georgia author, Terry Kay, has been selected for the Best Friend Award presented by Friends of Georgia Libraries (FOGL), the non-profit organization and statewide voice for Georgia's libraries.
General Assembly adds three library facilities, computer funding to state's FY 2014 budget
